Abstract
- The article presents news briefs related to the aviation and aerospace industry. Space Systems/Loral Inc. will build the next Sirius satellite radio spacecraft under a $260-million deal that includes a Proton launch and $100 million in financing from Loral. Cessna Aircraft Co. plans to display a concept Light Sport Aircraft at the Experimental Aircraft Association's AirVenture show next month. Italian space agency ASI plans to participate in a pair of projects aimed at reinforcing space cooperation with Argentina.
