Abstract
- The article discusses the applications of Restek's Allure Biphenyl High Performance Liquid Chromatography Stationary Phase instrument for the separation of steroids. Separation is enhanced by increasing the sum of chemical interactions, providing an effective technique for separating compounds based on differences in degree of unsaturation and positions of double bonds.
