Abstract
- The author reports on two recently released studies showing that prices of the most widely use prescription drugs rose sharply in the first quarter of 2006. The surveys were conducted by two consumer advocacy groups, including the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP). Statistic related to the increase in drug prices are reviewed. Comments regarding the issue from John Rother of the AARP are included. united states.
