ALL IN THIS ALONE?

The article comments on the findings of the research regarding the relationship between nursing and physiotherapy staff in the rehabilitation ward in a U.S. hospital that was presented during the conference of medical practitioners in Canada. The study revealed that the nurses did not feel part of the wider rehabilitation team and were not valued by their colleagues. According to the author, interprofessional education and team development should be taught to the management.
