Hepatobiliary and pancreatic: Bleeding from a duodenal diverticulum.

The article discusses the case of a female patient who had a bleeding from the duodenal diverticulum. A side-duodenoscope showed active bleeding from the diverticulum. Blot clot was removed from the area by washing with a normal saline. A Dieulafoy-like lesion was identified within the diverticulum. Bleeding stopped after the application of a hemoclip.
