Abstract

The article focuses on the emergence of globalization as a response to the crisis of the 20th century. The emergence of globalization is an indicator in the possible advent of a global civil society. The occurrence of the Second World War makes way for the organization of modern societies in a civil way. After the war, the victors are attempting to renew the realization of cosmopolitan peace. Along with the vision of the creation of a civil society is the forging of world peace and globalization.
