Abstract
- This article discusses the nomination of homosexual bishops in the U.S. Episcopal Church. The Episcopal church, an extension of the Anglican Church, already has named one homosexual bishop in the Reverend Canon V. Gene Robinson of New Hampshire, and has nominated another openly homosexual priest, Michael Barlowe, to become bishop of Newark, New Jersey. The Anglican church has denounced homosexual priests, and may force a split from the Episcopal Church.
