Abstract
- The article focuses on the amphibious assault vehicle called the Expeditionary Fighting Vehicle (EFV) of the U.S. Marine Corps that was manufactured by General Dynamics Amphibious Systems. It has two water jets that make it operational in the water and in land-based operations. It has a speed of 25 knots at sea and 45 miles per hour on land. The EFV will provide the Marines better warfighting capabilities.
