Tactical UAVs: Defining the Missions.

The article describes the primary mission areas for tactical unmanned air vehicles (UAV), and examines the objectives and guidance for critical design and technology aspects. These mission areas include: intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; strike/suppression of enemy air defenses; electronic attack; network node/communications relay; and aerial delivery/supply.
