The title compound, C24H25ClN4O4, was obtained from the reaction of methyl 2-{[3-(2-bromo­phen­yl)-1,2,4-oxadiazol-5-yl]meth­oxy}phenyl­acetate with N, N-dimethyl­formamide dimethyl acetal.
