Abstract

The article comments on the paper written by Claire Bahamon and colleagues entitled "Leading a change process to improve health service delivery". The author believes that Bahamon and colleagues had accurately presented the challenges in introducing a change in a system or environment while it suggests ways to overcome these problems which includes improvement of health care teams through regular meetings where changes will be introduced and will start to spread. It also mentioned formation of multiple teams in different sites to aid rapid dissemination of new ideas.
