Ind. Graduation Rate Is Found to Decline.

The article reports on the decline of Indiana's high school graduation rate over the past decade. According to a report from the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the rate stands at 71 percent. The report studied eight different ways to calculate the graduation rate. Most formulas put Indiana's rate between 70 and 75 percent. Funded by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the study was conducted by the Sagamore Institute for Policy Research, based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
