Abstract: The article focuses on the results of a study by Harvard University researchers which found that Asian women in Bergen County, New Jersey live longer than any other ethnic subgroup of people in the United States, according to federal statistics. Elderly women in the county from Korea, China, and Hong Kong who were interviewed attribute their longevity to a healthy diet, belief in God, and their close-knit communities.
