It highlights Sevin Rosen, a leading industry firm whose partners have decided not to take on new investments, and to return the money allocated by investors to its 10th fund, because of downward trends in return rates and an excess of venture capital. The article explores how Sevin Rosen's decision is significant in the context of the industry as a whole.
