EDITORIAL.

The author reflects on the publication of the first in a series of new articles in the journal on medicine and sports. He said that each paper will be coauthored by scientists or practitioners who describe and debate contrasting perspectives on a controversial topic of interest. These articles aim to present the readers with a scholarly discussion of opinions on a variety of topics. The author welcomes suggestions from the readership on topics for future installments of this series.
