Grasso Is Ordered To Repay Millions In Compensation.

This article reports that former New York Stock Exchange Chairman Dick Grasso was ordered to return much of his retirement package. Judge Charles E. Ramos decreed that Ramos should pay compensation for supplementary retirement benefits he received when he left the NYSE in 2003. The case against Grasso was brought by New York Attorney General Elliot Spitzer. The judge ruled that Grasso had a duty to fully disclose his compensation to the Board of Directors.
