NordForsk enhances Nordic research cooperation.

The article provides information on the cooperative research body NordForsk, which was established in January 2005 for the facilitation of cooperation between national research-funding bodies under the auspices of the Nordic Council of Ministers for Education and Research in Europe. In 2005, several researchers have participated in activities financed by NordForsk and recently, a range of initiatives was launched, including various training courses and networks of graduate schools, national centers of excellence and researchers. The organization covers researches in science, from medicine to social sciences.
