Abstract
- The article describes the long wait by parents, school officials, lawyers, and the judge to sentence former Roslyn schools superintendent, Frank A. Tassone, for stealing $2 million from the Long Island school district. Since Tassone pled guilty more than a year ago, numerous court dates for sentencing have been postponed nine times. Tassone admitted guilt when it was discovered that he was illegally using school funds to lead a double life.
