Abstract
- The article focuses on sculptor Ursula Von Rydingsvard. The early years of Ursula have been spent in refugee camps as her parents were forced to go back to Poland during World War II. She excels in carving wooden sculptures in several attractive forms. Ursula also uses graphite powder in her sculptures to give them a burnt look. An exhibition of four of her sculptures titled "Mad. Sq. Art: Ursula von Rydingsvard," is being held at Madison Square Park, New York City.
