The article reports on the developments of the Elwyn B. Robinson Department of Special Collections at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota. It has presented the conversion of the inventories of two congressional collections to hypertext mark-up language. The Otto Krueger Papers and the Quentin Burdick Papers. Krueger is a Republican who represented the state in the House of Representatives from 1953-1959.
