Study into suicide bombing curtailed.

This article reports on the decision of scholar Riaz Hassan, a professor of sociology at Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia to cancel plans to interview international terrorist leaders after he was intervened by the anti-terrorism laws of the country. Hassan has planned to approach several organizations, including Hezbollah in Lebanon, Hamas in the Palestinian territories, Islamic Jihad in Egypt and Jemaah Islamiah in Indonesia. The total value of a grant awarded to Hassan for his research is disclosed.
