Developing JMHC Content-Related Submission Guidelines.

The article focuses on the revised guidelines of the journal for submission of manuscripts. It has been observed previously that manuscripts submitted for the journal are quite irrelevant and sometimes so far from the topic of interest which mental health counseling. The editorial board members have agreed to establish a new set of guidelines to eliminate the possibility that a manuscript would be considered as inappropriate for the journal based on content domain. They have suggested that topics should be directly related to the practice of mental health counseling, theory related to the practice, or professional issues that mental health counselors commonly encounter.
