Abstract
- The article focuses on the policy paper "EU-China: Closer Partners, Growing Responsibilities" released by the European Commission in China. The policy paper was unveiled to emphasize a new agenda for bilateral relations in the future. It also points out the importance of fair competition and the responsibilities of China as a global economic and political power.
