Abstract
- The article presents a study on the Unregistered Health Practitioners bill implemented in New South Wales. It identifies the recommendations of the Joint Parliamentary Committee on the Health Care Complaints Commission for the bill after it was reviewed in December 1998. The amended bill is applicable for alternative medicine practitioners and to unregistered health practitioners. The objectives of the bill are discussed.
