Abstract

The article discusses the significance of beating the challenges on pop culture images of the sixties for the effectiveness of the development of innovative instructional activities in the U.S. American teachers describe popular culture as the great influence on the imagination and fascination of Americans towards social upheaval and groundswell in students activism during 1960s. Likewise, historians expounded the interpretation of meaning on counterculture history. Suggest inquiry activity was created to discover evidences that proved useful in discovering the magnitude, influence and meaning of 1960s counterculture. Moreover, to overcome the complexity with the past, educators should recognize analogies, connections that will help the student to learn.
