The article discusses the ways that the website Flickr can be utilized by libraries and librarians. Flickr is an image-hosting online community which allows users to upload photos onto their own Flickr pages. The article suggests that library Flickr pages can create a sense of community for the library, create a fun and creative outlet for patrons and librarians, and advertise library services in an unlikely place. Ten ways to use Flickr in libraries are discussed in the article. Five hints for using Flickr in libraries are also presented.
