Abstract: The article provides information on the new services offered by the journal "Heart." In this context, the editor introduces several Web sites including "Online First," and "Rapid Communication." Online First allows a paper to be citable within two weeks of being accepted by the journal. While Rapid Communication aims to accelerate and personalize the review process for publication within four weeks. It is being guaranteed to be published on the Web within the following week.
