Abstract
- The article deals with a case involving students who filed complaints against Quinnipiac University. The students who hosted an off-campus beer party sued the school for inappropriate due process hearings and violation of their rights to privacy. It was in fall 2005 when a Halloween keg party was held and resulted to reports of alcohol-related deaths and automobile accidents.
