Abstract
- The article reports on a 2006 murder conviction which resulted from a May 2005 attack of 85 year old Ruth Seybold in the stacks of the Riverhead Free Library in Riverhead, New York. A discussion of the attack, which resulted in a 25 year to life sentence for Seybold's attacker Garner Allen, is presented.
