Abstract

The article discusses public health research on social and environmental inequalities in health. One study explored the impact of segregation on social class inequalities in incidences of myocardial infarction in the metropolitan area of Stockholm, Sweden. Another paper presented a review of studies on the health impacts of housing improvement from around the world.
