Abstract
- The article discusses the discovery of methane lakes on the northern latitude of Saturn's moon, Titan during the joint NASA/European Space agency Cassini - Huygens mission. Atmosphere skimming revealed impact craters, cryo-volcanoes and river beds like surface features. Findings stresses the fact that Titan is a complex system where the evolution process is similar to the earth's evolutionary process.
