Abstract
- The article reports that $3.5 million has been collected since the enforcement of tax on illegal drugs in Tennessee. The Unauthorized Substances Tax law requires a possessor of illegal drug to buy and affix revenue stamps to the packaging of the drug. The law generates money from penalties imposed on people caught with unstamped drugs.
