Abstract
- The article reports on the ban on taping inside classrooms by the school board at Kearny High School in New Jersey. The rule was passed after a student complained to his principal about a school teacher who was recorded saying that the students should accept Jesus as their savior, failing which, they will go to hell. The school board regulated that taping is strictly disallowed in the classrooms without an instructor's consent and stressed on the teachers' training on legal requirements.
