Abstract

The article presents the case study of a Chinese woman who developed forgetfulness into memory deterioration after 2 years. A general brain magnetic resonance image showed negative changes but showed typical clinical features of the disease characterized by cerebellar sign, myoclonus and dementia but had longer illness duration that sporadic Creutzfeldt—Jakob disease (CJD).
