Abstract

The article presents an application note about the high speed high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)separations, which are achievable using Luna 2.5 μm HST columns on a standard HPLC system. According to the authors, it is possible to obtain very fast separations using this system without having to invest in new systems capable of operating at very high backpressures. Materials and method used, results and discussion, and the conclusion are presented.
