KYRGYZSTAN SPLITS ALONG CONSTITUTIONAL LINES.

The article reports that Kyrgyz parliament in Kyrgyzstan has voted on a new draft constitution. Kyrgyz Republic president Kurmanbek Bakiyev had demanded through his supporters in parliament that his powers be restored.
