Abstract
- The article reports that Rhodia's diphenols plant at Zhenjiang, China will start operating next June 2008. The 12,000-metre ton (mt)/year diphenols unit is estimated to cost $30 million-$35 million. The unit will use the company's hydroxylation technology. Rhodia says the plant will strengthen the company's worldwide leadership in diphenols.
