Abstract
- The article reports on the Supreme Court ruling that says that the school districts in New Jersey must take adequate steps against gay students who are harassed by other students because of their sexual orientation, though they are protected by New Jersey's antidiscrimination law. According to James R. Zazzali, Chief Justice, students in the classroom are entitled to no less protection from the unlawful discrimination and harassment than their adult counterparts in the workplace.
