Abstract
- The article offers information on efficient exercises for men that maximize time. The author described the perfect workout as a combination of six different yet equally important component parts. This workout involves troubleshooting problem areas to eliminate weak links and reduce injury risk, adding a fat-burning cardio session to reveal hard muscles and reducing postworkout soreness as a means of maximizing the next training session.
