Complex networks: From data to models.

The article discusses the new approach of mapping human behavior on to a 'network of networks'. Colizza and co-workers have developed a framework ignoring the individuals and focusing on a coarse-grained description of the system, using block or cell variables. The article describes the working of the system along with the challenges in moving from individuals to block variables. The article mentions that scientists have more opportunities to analyze social behavior.
