Abstract
- The article presents an exploration into the current military conditions in Iraq after the latest increase in U.S. presence by the armed forces. The author presents comments by members of an Army troupe stationed in At Taji, a village north of Baghdad. The various opinions are given concerning the military readiness of the Iraq Army and police forces and the need for gaining trust of the local population.
