Intel in hot water over lost e-mails.

The article reports on the updates concerning the two-year old case of Intel Corp. against rival Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) in the U.S. AMD alleged that Intel engaged in anti-competitive practices to maintain monopolistic position in the market due to the failure of its internal electronic mail (e-mail) archiving system. Judge Joseph Farnan gave Intel 30 days to recover the lost about 1,000 lost e-mails when it was to keep as well as file a detailed report on how will it be recovered.
