Violence is a phenomenon that can take manifold modalities and generate consequences difficult to detect. The objectives of this paper is to analyze violence and the rape myths acceptance, considering both possible victims, women and men. The study was made in 300 university students. The instruments used where the Violence Acceptance Scale and the Rape Myth Acceptance Scale. There were significant differences between sex, group of age and type of discipline. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
