Goin' to Surf City? Two Coastal Towns Claim the Title.

The article reports on a disagreement which has developed between two California towns concerning the rights to call themselves and promote themselves Surf City USA. Santa Cruz and Huntington Beach both claim historical rights to the use of the name and will attempt to resolve the issue with the help of a court appointed mediator on April 23, 2007. If a successful resolution is not reached the case will go to court in 2008.
