Abstract

The article discusses the health aspects of caffeine supplements. Caffeine has powers of rejuvenation as it stimulates the central nervous system and improves exercise endurance by releasing epinephrine. According to a study, it may aid weight loss by mobilizing fatty acids when combined with exercise and a low-fat diet. However, too much caffeine can cause jitters and other unpleasant side effects. Caffeine is present in coffee, tea, sodas, chocolate, sports drinks and herb-based products.
