When adopting and adapting IAEA International Basic Safety Standard, the Cuban regulatory authority paid especial attention to the establishment of a regulatory police developing the conditions under which the individual monitoring should be required for the assessment of the occupational exposure. Paper analyzes the regulatory requirements related to individual monitoring that has been included in the current regulation.
