Abstract
- The article reports on the statement of the International Atomic Energy's chief Mohamed El Baradei regarding the nuclear disarmament policy of North Korea. North Korean officials have pledged to close the country's main facility to produce plutonium and allow nuclear inspectors back into the country only after the U.S. lifts sanctions on its funds frozen in a bank in Macao, China.
