Case 38-2004.

This article presents a case study of a man who developed a mass on his skull. Through radiographic imaging, an intracranial lesion, which was thought to be a meningioma. The patient was subsequently diagnosed with Plasma-cell myeloma, and there were many treatments discussed with patient, including Thalidomide, combination chemotherapy and stem-cell transplantation.
