Abstract
- The article presents information related to New Jersey's first Gay and Lesbian Wedding Exposition which was held on March 21, 2007 in Edison, New Jersey. The event has been organized six months after the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that same-sex couples deserve the same rights as heterosexual married ones. According to Lisa Drozd, owner of the American Bridal Show Company, which sponsored the show, the show was attended by 84 businesses and 127 couples.
