Clinical Concerns About Clinical Performance Measurement.

The article discusses the clinical concerns of clinical performance measurement as one of the foundations to improve health care quality. It is stated that eventhough performance measurement achieved success in clinical applications, many physicians remain apprehensive of its use since it gets in the way of delivering good care. It is also suggested that performance measurement is better suited to improve measured care.
